At Bayes Business School I teach “Strategic Leadership”, “Corporate Strategy” and the successful elective “Capturing Value from Innovation” in the Executive MBA Programmes. My teaching activity has received multiple awards and mentions including the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence at the University of Bath (2011) and the City Impact Award for Most Innovative Teaching (2019). I have coordinated and taught Executive Education courses for public organisations as well as leading international companies in the technology, retail, media, banking, real estate, and transportation industries. In 2018, in collaboration with colleagues at Bocconi University and the University of Oxford, I founded Strategy Insight Lab, a programme to deliver free training for one year to hundreds of UK micro-businesses, keeping them at the forefront of business knowledge and conducting research on what enables their growth and success. For my work on this project, I was one of the three finalists for the 2019 City Icon Partnership Award. This project was followed in 2022 by Idea Booster Lab, an international business support programme for UK startups launched in partnership with Bocconi University.
