In 2018, in collaboration with colleagues at Bocconi University and the University of Oxford, I founded Strategy Insight Lab, a programme to deliver free training for one year to hundreds of UK micro-businesses, keeping them at the forefront of business knowledge and conducting research on what enables their growth and success. For my work on this project, I was one of the three finalists for the 2019 City Icon Partnership Award.
